I think, as this Citibank commercial can attest to, that credit cards commercial were not very funny, say 20 years ago. Or people found things that weren’t very funny, funny. Kind like a “had to be there” situation. Though I still don’t think this was every funny.
Wow, these guys use their Citi Thank You Points well. I buy groceries with mine. To feed the family. The family that keeps me from doing such cool and adventurous things. They send a balloon to space. Just because.

Half way through and I thought I was watching a Levi’s commercial. No, no, no. That’s a Citibank New Delhi credit card commercial. Some things just don’t translate as easily for me.
